Why we exist
We believe most software that gets built could be built better. Simpler. With more judgment. More honest about what it can and cannot do.
JTSolutions was born out of frustration watching well-intentioned projects fail for the wrong reasons: oversized promises, unnecessarily complex architectures, deliverables that impress in demos but don't survive the first month in production.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients per year. Not because we can't grow, but because the model we have — dedicated seniors, independent judgment, real delivery — requires time and attention that cannot be manufactured at scale.
How we work
Technical honesty
If something doesn't work or isn't the right solution, we say so before billing it. We'd rather lose a contract than deliver something that doesn't solve the problem.
Senior always
Every project is executed by seniors. We don't use client projects to train juniors. Experience is not an extra — it's the minimum standard.
Documented and transferable
When we're done, your team can operate and extend what we built. Real documentation, not what gets written on the last day of the sprint.
Speed with judgment
We're fast because we're efficient, not because we cut corners. Speed without judgment creates debt that someone pays later — usually the client.
